Delivery Area

Our delivery service covers the entire South African region. No matter where you are located, we will ensure your order is delivered on time.

Processing and Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery is expected within 5 to 9 business days. Delivery times are calculated based on business days; special circumstances such as weather, holidays, or force majeure may cause delays.

After shipment, we will send a tracking number via email, and you can check the delivery progress on the Buffalo Logistics website.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders over ZAR 500: Free shipping.
  • Orders under ZAR 500: A shipping fee of ZAR 100 will be charged.
If the free shipping policy applies only to certain regions or cities, it will be clearly marked during checkout.

We aim to provide flexible and transparent delivery experiences, so: If you require expedited shipping or other special services, we will provide the options, estimated time, and associated costs on the checkout page or via customer service for your decision. For delivery to remote areas or special addresses, we will confirm with you before order confirmation if there are additional costs involved, and shipping will be arranged only upon mutual agreement.

Customs and Duty Information

Black Rhino Shop will cover all South African customs clearance fees and duties; customers do not need to pay any additional import duties or clearance fees.
