Welcome to Black Rhino Online (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). The Website is operated by BLACK RHINO TECHNOLOGIES (PTY) LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read the following terms of service carefully before using the Website. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website within South Africa (hereinafter referred to as "users"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

1. General Conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Website and its services at any time without prior notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time, and the modified terms will take effect immediately. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing any changes to the terms.

2. Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. If there are any changes to the information, please update it promptly.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not disclose account information to others. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of user accounts.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to confirmation by the Company. Upon confirmation, users will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Users agree to pay the stated prices for the purchased products. All prices are final and include applicable taxes.
  • The Company uses Yoco to handle payments. The payment information provided by users during the payment process will be subject to the privacy policies of Yoco.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Our logistics partner, Buffalo, provides delivery services across South Africa. Once we receive an order, it will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • After processing, your products will be delivered within 5 to 9 business days.
  • For orders with a product value below 500 ZAR, we charge a shipping fee of 100 ZAR. For orders with a product value of 500 ZAR or more, we offer free shipping.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order status on the Buffalo logistics website: Buffalo Order Tracking.
  • Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the user upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • If users are not satisfied with their purchase, they may apply for a return and refund within 90 days of receiving the product. Returned products must be in their original condition and unused.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user unless the return is due to an error by the Company (such as wrong or defective products).
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email that we have received the return and inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days.

  • The Website and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs) are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Users may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Website without the Company's written permission.
